Camp Holiday Trails (CHT) is a caring community in Charlottesville, VA committed to empowering, encouraging and educating campers with chronic illnesses, their families and healthcare professionals. CHT strives to create community: with Campers who gain empathy and independence, with families who find common ground with other families facing similar challenges, and with medical volunteers who are forever changed, both professionally and personally, by their time at camp.
CHT has positions available for those interested in working as camp counselors or volunteering with the Summer Horsemanship Program.
