CPR Training and Volunteer Opportunity

Want to learn CPR and teach others too? National Texas Two Step CPR is an annual event whose purpose is to engage the public and educate them on the benefits of compressions-only/hands-only Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). To date, this project has trained over 10,000 people in the use of compressions-only CPR with the help of more than 1000 undergraduate and graduate students.

The Emory Pre-Medical Association and healthcorps.org are currently seeking volunteers for the National Texas Two Step CPR training event that will be held in Atlanta. Volunteers will teach compressions-only CPR to members of the general public. Volunteers are required to attend one of the Volunteer Training Sessions in order to be trained in CPR before the event. PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers will NOT be CPR certified but will receive CPR training.
