Urban Health Initiative is partnering with Open Hand, Wayfield Foods Inc. and the HEALing Community Center to host Back to School Celebrations during the month of July. Activities will include the following:
Free School/Sports Physicals, Free Hearing/Vision Screening, Free Dental
Exams/Cleanings and free School Supplies.
UHI is seeking volunteers for this event to assist with games, registration table, and disbursements of supplies and fruits during the following available times:
- Friday, July 13th- 9:30am-2pm
- Friday, July 13th- 2pm-6:30pm
- Saturday, July 28th- 8:30am-1pm
- Saturday, July 28th- 1pm-5:30pm

- Wayfield Food Inc: 3050 Martin Luther King Jr Drive SW, Atlanta, GA
- HEALing Community Center: 2600 Martin Luther King Jr Drive SW Suite 100, Atlanta, GA
