Research Volunteer Positions with Patient Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR)

Interested in doing clinically based community outcomes research? Check out the Patient Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) lab in the Emory Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Division of Physical Therapy. Dr. Shilpa Krishnan is currently looking to hire 1-2 students for a volunteer research position (with the possibility of moving to work study as they progress).

The goal of the PCOR lab is to design, evaluate, and disseminate rehabilitation research to improve shared decision-making. Their aim is to evaluate health care delivery systems to implement value-based care. Their projects focus on neurological conditions, aging, and chronic conditions.

Dr. Krishnan is seeking motivated Sophomores and Juniors with a 3.4 GPA or higher. Applicants should have completed at least one research methods and statistics course and should be able to review literature, extract full-texts from Emory Library.
